A copper plant and a
film studio have
nothing in common.
Your last provider used the same checklist for every building. That is why the results were the same everywhere: mediocre. Every scope here is built from scratch for your environment, your compliance requirements, and your operational schedule.
Five industries. Five custom approaches.
Every scope we build starts with a facility walk. We do not quote from a template. Your environment gets its own program.
The approach changes.
The standard does not.
Every industry we serve has its own complexity. But the accountability structure is the same everywhere. GPS-verified shifts. Digital inspections. Real-time alerts. One owner who picks up the phone.
Frequently Asked Questions
MFS serves manufacturing and industrial plants, entertainment venues and attractions, film and television production studios, distribution and logistics centers, and corporate campuses. Our active accounts include copper manufacturing facilities exceeding 2 million square feet, entertainment destinations like the Georgia Aquarium at 550,000 square feet, and major film studio campuses. Every industry we serve gets a scope built from scratch for its specific environment, not a generic janitorial template.
A copper plant and a film studio have completely different contamination types, compliance requirements, surface chemistries, and operating schedules. A generic cleaning scope applied across both environments produces mediocre results in both. Industry-specific protocols ensure that the right products, equipment, and procedures are matched to each facility type. This matters for compliance, equipment lifespan, and safety. Applying the wrong chemistry to a specialized surface or missing a compliance documentation requirement creates real operational and liability risk.
Yes. MFS maintains active Avetta credentials and operates within OSHA-compliant protocols across all account types. For industrial and manufacturing accounts, this includes written Hazard Communication Programs, SDS binders for all on-site chemicals, employee training documentation, and incident reporting procedures. OSHA and facility-specific compliance records are maintained in MillenniumOS and available on demand for audits. If your account requires additional credentialing such as ISNetworld, we handle that as part of the onboarding scope.
MillenniumOS is the operational technology platform MFS uses to verify and document every shift. It provides GPS-verified shift check-in and check-out for every associate, photo-documented area inspections throughout each shift, real-time exception alerts when issues are identified, and a client-facing dashboard with full shift reports available before your team arrives in the morning. Every MFS account runs on MillenniumOS as standard, not as an add-on.
Multi-site accounts receive a unified management structure with a single point of contact in operations leadership and consistent reporting across all locations through MillenniumOS. Each site gets its own dedicated team and custom scope, but quality standards, inspection methodology, and compliance documentation are standardized across the portfolio. This allows your facilities team to compare performance data across locations and escalate issues through a single channel rather than managing multiple vendor relationships.
The Safeguard Process is our 12-step transition and ongoing operations methodology. It covers facility assessment and LiDAR floor mapping, scope definition, team selection and background screening, shadow period training, digital SOP buildout in MillenniumOS, supervised go-live, and formal QA reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days. The process is designed to eliminate the transition failure window that most facility services changes produce. Every new account runs through all 12 steps before the first unsupervised shift.
MFS operates across multiple markets including Texas and Tennessee in addition to our Southeast base. We serve active accounts in markets including Atlanta, Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Memphis, and the surrounding corridors. If your facility is in a market we do not currently list, contact us. We evaluate expansion requests for accounts that fit our operational model and can be served at the quality level we maintain at existing accounts.

We have probably cleaned it.
If your facility has square footage and a standard to maintain, we want to talk. Start with a complimentary facility audit. No sales team. The owner leads the walk-through.
