The Safeguard Process is our 12-step transition and ongoing operations methodology. It covers facility assessment and LiDAR floor mapping, scope definition, team selection and background screening, shadow period training, digital SOP buildout in MillenniumOS, supervised go-live, and formal QA reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
