Metro Atlanta (within 30 miles of Alpharetta): technician on-site within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. 30-75 miles: within 3 business days. Statewide Georgia: same week. Repair completion depends on diagnosis and parts availability, but we next-day air parts whenever possible and keep you updated throughout.
Metro Atlanta diagnostic and service call: $175. This covers the trip, diagnosis, and a repair estimate. If we complete the repair on the same visit, the diagnostic fee applies toward the total. On-site labor is $135 per hour. Outside metro Atlanta, service calls are $275 (30-75 miles) or quoted by location (75+ miles). We publish our rates because facility managers are tired of surprise invoices.

Yes. We are not a dealer. We are an independent service provider. We repair and maintain floor cleaning equipment regardless of where you bought it, who your current vendor is, or how old the machine is.
We can arrange interim cleaning coverage using our own equipment and crew. This is quoted separately based on your facility size and how long the repair will take. It is unique to Millennium because we are both an equipment service provider and a facility services company. Your floor does not have to wait for the machine.
Yes. Quarterly PM visits include brush inspection, squeegee condition check, battery water levels and voltage testing, filter cleaning, drive belt inspection, and solution system check. PM contracts run $350-600 per machine per quarter depending on equipment type and size. Facilities on PM plans experience significantly fewer emergency breakdowns.
Yes. We source OEM and aftermarket parts for current and discontinued models. Tennant's own parts lead times are currently extended on many items. We maintain relationships with multiple suppliers and next-day air parts that are not in stock locally. If the part exists, we will find it faster than the dealer.
We service equipment across the entire state of Georgia. Active service locations include metro Atlanta, Carrollton (Southwire), Savannah, and all areas in between. For facilities outside metro Atlanta, we quote a mobilization fee based on distance. Distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and large commercial facilities statewide are within our service area.
Yes. We upgrade lead-acid batteries to 48V lithium packs on facility utility vehicles and golf carts used at commercial campuses, studios, and large properties. Longer run time per charge, zero water maintenance, lighter weight. We have tested lithium conversions in our fleet at Trilith Studios. This service is for commercial and industrial facility vehicles only.
Yes. We partner with equipment dealers across Georgia who maintain rental fleets of late-model sweepers and scrubbers. If your repair requires parts that take more than a day or two, we can arrange a rental unit delivered to your facility so your floors stay maintained during the repair. Or we bring our own cleaning crew and equipment to cover your floor until yours is back online.
