Commercial Floor Equipment
Maintenance and Repair

Millennium runs its own in-house equipment maintenance technician, who keeps our scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors running every night. We now open that same shop to outside facilities across metro Atlanta and Georgia: repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance plans for your floor equipment, regardless of brand or who sold it to you.

Millennium Facility Services repairs and maintains commercial floor cleaning equipment, including ride-on and walk-behind autoscrubbers, robotic and autonomous scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and sweepers, for facilities across metro Atlanta and Georgia. The work is done by Millennium's own in-house equipment technician, the same person who maintains the machines Millennium runs in its own cleaning operations every night. Submit your machine and location through the request form below and we will call you back to schedule a diagnostic visit or set up a preventive maintenance plan.

What We Service

If it scrubs, burnishes, extracts, or sweeps a commercial floor, our technician works on it, across brands, not just one. Not sure your machine is covered? Tell us the make and model on the request form, we will give you a straight answer.

Autoscrubbers

Ride-on and walk-behind autoscrubbers, including robotic and autonomous scrubbers. Millennium has operated robotic scrubbers in its own cleaning programs for years. A robotic unit still needs a human to fix a worn brush, a bad sensor, or a drive issue. We work the mechanical and electrical side of these machines the same way we do standard scrubbers.

Burnishers

High-speed and low-speed burnishers, pad holders, and drive systems.

Floor and Carpet Extractors

Truck-mounted and portable extractors, solution and recovery systems, hoses, and wands.

Sweepers

Walk-behind and ride-on sweepers, brush and hopper systems.

Brush Motors, Heads, and Pads

Motor diagnostics, brush head replacement, and pad driver service for any machine that scrubs a floor.

Squeegees, Solution, and Recovery Systems

Squeegee blade replacement, solution valve repair, recovery tank and filter service.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Catch it before it goes down

A PM visit is a full check of your machine, not a quick look. We put it in writing so you know exactly what was checked, every visit.

Batteries and charging systems
Brushes and pads
Squeegees
Vacuum motors
Solution and recovery systems
Hoses
Filters
Wheels and casters
Safety checks

Every visit ends with a written report and photos, so you have a record of what was checked, what was found, and what we recommend.

Machine down right now? Say so on the form and call us directly at (800) 956-8745. We would rather tell you honestly that a date will not work than commit to something we cannot deliver.

Our Technology

The technology behind every visit

Millennium runs its equipment program on MillenniumOS, our own maintenance platform and the same system behind the cleaning operations we run every night. These are real screens from that system, not mockups. Your machine gets a QR tag, a logged service history, a checklist where every item gets checked, and a diagnosis with photos you approve in writing before any repair starts.

Equipment record in Millennium's maintenance software showing a QR tag and service history for a commercial scrubber

Every machine gets a QR tag

We put a QR sticker on your machine when we service it. Scan it and our technician pulls up that exact unit's full service history, what was checked, what was replaced, and when, before they touch a single bolt.

A real equipment record from our maintenance software: QR tag, machine details, and service history.

Preventive maintenance checklist in Millennium's maintenance software with pass and fail marks for a commercial autoscrubber

A checklist built for that machine, not a guess

Preventive maintenance runs through a checklist specific to the equipment type: battery, squeegee, brushes, tanks, filters, hour meter, and overall condition. Each item is marked pass, fail, or not applicable, with room for a photo or a note.

A completed PM checklist. Every item gets a mark, not a shrug.

Technician app in Millennium's maintenance software showing before and after photo fields, parts used, and resolution notes for a service job

Every job is logged from start to finish

Our technician tracks the job status, clocks labor time, logs the parts used, and takes before and after photos, all from the same equipment service app, on site, while the work is happening.

Before and after photos, parts, and notes, logged on the spot.

Work order report in Millennium's maintenance software showing job totals for a commercial site

Work gets totaled into a report you can see

Every job rolls up into a report for your site: what is open, what got resolved, and when. Paired with the photo documentation above, that is the written report and photos we promise on every visit.

A real report from our maintenance software, tracking what is open, resolved, and pending.

A Recent Job

Before and After

This walk-behind scrubber came in covered in dried residue, with a caked squeegee blade and a worn caster wheel. Our technician cleaned the squeegee, replaced the wheel, and wiped the machine down. It went back out clean and ready to run.

Why facilities choose Millennium

We run this equipment every night

Our equipment technician maintains the floor machines Millennium uses in its own cleaning operations, not just outside repair calls. When your machine comes in, it is being worked on by someone who runs this equipment under real, daily conditions.

Not a dealer, not tied to one brand

We service and repair floor equipment regardless of brand, age, or where you bought it. You are not boxed into one manufacturer's service network.

One point of contact

From the first call to the finished repair, you work with the same team. No ticket queue, no call center.

A written report, every visit

Repair or preventive maintenance, every visit ends with a written report and photos so you have a record of what was done. And if a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we will tell you plainly instead of running up a bill.
